Felix Fadayomi 19th October 2010

I am short of words to acknowledge that Prof is no more. Death, you have failed woefully because you cannot kill the spirit. I ensured I spoke with Prof or Aunty Feli every week and on one occasion early in the year Prof told me not to worry that the worst was over. I did not realise the “worst” was to mean end to the worries of this life being over. You had a knack for minute details. No wonder you were a Professor of Development Planning. You turned me into an event planner for the family. You were an embodiment of humility and a very religious person. You taught me way back in 1963 on how to use the psalm in prayers. I have summoned courage not to brood over your death as I verily believe you are better off with the Lord. Continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord as your reward for assistance to all that came across your way and the church of God speak volumes. Adieu Prof till we meet at the Resurrection day Felix Fadayomi
